“I've stayed here multiple times and loved it. There are multiple different room types with each seeming to be unique. I def recommend finding a bigger room. This is a family run hotel and the service and care reflects that. The hosts were so hospitable. I will never forget how they treated us during one stay at the start of COVID when we had to cut our trip short. The restaurant has great food and the breakfast each day was a perfect start. Bike rental and convenience store right across the street. This place feels like a piece of home away from home with a down to earth vibe at super reasonable prices. This was my speed and I could explore dives and high end spots at my leisure - locating was close to right in the middle of the main beach strip/road.”

“I recently stayed here. The hotel is perfectly located right on the beach. If you book directly with the hotel you’ll get free breakfast your entire stay. If you find a room cheaper on a third party hotel website contact the hotel and they will honor the price as long as you can provide a snap shot picture. The entire hotel staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The room Didn’t Not Have Air Conditioning, but it wasn’t a problem for us, fans were in the room. The only thing I disliked about the hotel was, A bar/night club is located about 100 meters away, so you’ll be hearing loud music till 2-3am. (On the bright side you can go party/drink and won’t need to worry about taking a taxi) The hotel food and drinks were good and inexpensive for being in Tulum. I recommend staying here!!!”

“Lovely hotel right on the beach. They have a great patio with a fantastic view of the sea and the sunrise in the mornings. The food and drinks are very good and the hosts are beyond accommodating. Really really sweet people that made us feel very welcome. We had an absolutely fantastic time. The rooms are charming and we had a view of the beach. Would absolutely recommend if you want a good deal and want to experience some truly great views and hosts.”

“This is a great hotel in the most beautiful place on Earth. The beach is incredible! The rooms are comfortable and just a few steps from the beach. Great food in the restaurant. They will bring it to the beach for you too. The hotel is pet friendly and the owners love animals. You may see some on the property. That’s why it’s called ZULUM (combination of Zoo and Tulum). We love this hotel and have been coming here every year for the last 15 years. Stay there. You won’t regret it. Best hotel in Tulum Riviera and room prices are very reasonable.”
